Locked out of the OEM manual again?

Bearwright drops an accurate, cited answer onto your technician’s screen in under a minute — pulled from the manuals, service bulletins, and procedures your facility actually owns.

  • Pumps
  • Compressors
  • H₂
  • Electrical
  • Controls

Calibrated on rotating equipment, electrical, and process-gas service manuals.

Coverage

Grounded on the manuals your facility actually owns.

Retrieval is scoped to the reference library you load. We don’t crawl the public web — every citation points back into a document a plant engineer can open.

Electric motors
motor

Induction, DC, VFD-driven — winding faults, vibration, lubrication.

Pumps & fluid handling
pump

Centrifugal, positive-displacement, seal plans, NPSH, cavitation.

Compressors (air & process gas)
compressor

Reciprocating, screw, centrifugal — surge, capacity, lube schemas.

Hydrogen compression
hydrogen

Diaphragm, piston, ionic — purity specs, leak checks, ATEX-aware.

Electrical systems
electrical

Switchgear, relays, grounding, fault-current, arc-flash boundaries.

Control systems
controls

PLC, DCS, SIS trip paths, interlocks, alarm rationalisation.

How it works

Three steps from a stuck technician to a citable answer.

Built on retrieval, not generation. The cited passage is the source of truth — the chat surface is just a faster way to find it.

Bring your fleet’s reference set — service bulletins, OEM manuals, vendor service letters. We don’t crawl the public web — retrieval is grounded entirely in the documents you load.

Working prototype

The same answer engine you’ll get on the pilot — already running.

Upload a service PDF and ask a question. The answer arrives with a clickable citation to the exact page. Try it on a vendor service bulletin you have to hand — no signup gate beyond a throwaway account.

Question

Why is compressor A12 tripping on high discharge air after the recent lube-oil swap?

The trip is consistent with a viscosity drop in the lube loop after a switch to a lower-grade ISO VG 32 oil. Per Section 4.3 of the service bulletin (p. 87), the lowest allowable viscosity at bearing 2 is 32 cSt at 40 °C. Verify the lube grade with your vendor and re-check within 24 hours.

Pricing

One product, three scopes. Pick the one that matches your plant.

Every tier ships the same retrieval engine. The difference is scope, deployment model, and the SLA your IT team needs you to have.
